As a supplement to the Danish purchasing law's regular 2 year warranty and return rights Promovec offers a 2 year capacity warranty on all batteries for ebikes carrying Promovec's electrical system

The capacity warranty covers a guaranteed minimum capacity of 70 % from the day of purchase

To be eligable for the 2 year capacity warranty the battery must be registred via Promovec's registration formular no later than 8 days from the time of purchase
